GDE Privacy Policy |
|
Any personal information pertaining to the GDE System (company name, department name, department number, user-id, user name, e-mail address, phone number, fax number) is not to be used for any purpose beyond its intended usage without obtaining a prior consent from the relevant user.
Personal information from the GDE System shall be only be used for the following purposes:

When Toyota (*1) staff members (*2) and/or employees of the company or companies which you have previously identified in the "Data Exchange Acceptance form" as those to whom you have agreed to disclose your personal information contained in GDE system operate the GDE system, personal information shall be shown on the screen as a destination list. However, the display of the user name shall be discontinued if any relevant GDE user should so require.

When there are issues with the GDE system, personal information shall also be used as contact information

When required to comply with any provisions in any applicable laws and/or regulations, or follow any governmental notification and/or guidelines, etc.

For any other cases when users need to be contacted for the purpose of proper system operations, personal information shall be used as contact information.

|
GDE 利用者の個人情報（会社名・部署名・部署コード・ユーザＩＤ・氏名・Eメールアドレス・電話番号・ファックス番号）を、ご本人の同意なくして利用目的の範囲を超えて利用することはございません。
GDE利用者の個人情報は、以下の目的で利用いたします。

トヨタ自動車（*1）の社員（*2）および貴社が「相互データ授受利用承諾書」で具体的に特定し開示を承諾した会社の社員がＧＤＥを利用する際に、宛先一覧として表示いたします。ただし、GDE利用者ご本人のお申し出により、氏名の表示を停止いたします。

ＧＤＥシステム障害発生時等に、当社からの連絡先として利用いたします。

法令の定め又は行政当局の通達・指導などに基づく対応を行うために利用いたします。

その他、ＧＤＥの運営に当たって連絡が必要な場合、当社からの連絡先として使用いたします。
